Step 1: Explore and Choose Your Course

  • Browse our wide range of professional and certified programs that align with your academic interests and career goals.
  • Consider important factors such as course format, delivery mode, and faculty expertise.
  • Review detailed course brochures and documents available on our website.
  • Understand the structure of the course: modules, duration, delivery method, and learning outcomes.
  • You may choose any one or up to two different programs to apply for.

Step 2: Reach Out to Us

  • Send the course name and course number via WhatsApp to +91 97900 88002 or email us at info@ihmh.in .
  • Our IHMH team will respond with comprehensive course details and information on the next admission cycle.
  • You will be assigned a dedicated Student Advisor to assist you throughout the application process.

Step 3: Connect with Your Student Advisor

  • Have a personalized conversation with your advisor to understand the benefits of the course and how it suits your needs.
  • Seek guidance on completing the application and gathering necessary documents.
  • Confirm deadlines for document submission and fee payment.

Step 4: Submit Your Application

  • Option 1: Print and hand-fill the application form. Then scan or take a clear photo and send it via email or WhatsApp.
  • Option 2: Fill the Word version of the form sent to you via email and return it with required documents. Signature not mandatory.
  • Option 3: Use a PDF editing app to complete the form and email the final version.
  • Please submit the following along with your form:
    • A passport-size photograph
    • Academic certificates
    • A valid ID card
    • A CV, biodata, or brief professional profile
    • A Statement of Purpose (why you want to join the course, your background, skills, and goals)
    • References
    • Important: Submit your documents first. Payment is only required after your application is provisionally approved.

    Step 5: Provisional Admission & Fee Payment

    • Upon approval of your application, you will receive a Provisional Admission Email with fee details and payment instructions.
    • International students may pay via PayPal, Western Union, or bank wire transfer. Please consult your student advisor for alternative payment methods.
    • Share your payment confirmation with your student advisor.

    Step 6: Confirmation, Course Schedule & Welcome Kit

    • Once your fee is received, you will receive a Course Registration Confirmation Email within 24 hours.
    • This email will include:
      • Your official welcome letter
      • Course schedule with module timelines and assignment due dates
      • Guide/mentor contact details
      • Information on accessing course materials and resources
